"Having a longer cooldown without LoL accounts the access into the ability earlier [level] 6, opponents should also be able to capitalize on its own downtimes [in greater manners ]," Huang said. Finally, Tahm Kench might be receiving a bit more self-healing in his reworked kit, together with his Q ability Tongue Lash giving the River King a little health top-up.

The last time Tahm Kench was handed an update outside of bug fixes was in LoL patch 9.19, two seasons ago. His Thick Skin Growing had its'Grey Health' bonus shifted from 30-100percent (according to levels) to 75% in any way levels.

Initially, Riot stated that the River King's ability upgrade would arrive"following the Worlds patch [10.19]." That expected launch date has wrapped up at the distance, came, and is months in the rearview mirror; Season 11 is now in full flight.

Riot subsequently pointed to LoL patch 11.10 as a possible launch date, before revealing they are going to need to delay the upgrade again. "We're still dedicated to the Tahm Kench update but we will need to update a few of Kench's animations until he's formally unbenched."

Before this season, dev Huang confirmed"that the TK rework is coming today that buy LoL smurf accounts preseason is settled. We had time to complete the work and devote the resources. Really would like to have it out before ace started, however, I sadly could not just slap there."
